Shipping Information

A flat shipping charge of INR 80 will be applied to all orders. We also offer Cash-On-Delivery. You should consider the shipping rates shown at the time of check-out to be final.

Your order will be shipped within 3 business days and it will be delivered within 7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Returns & Exchanges

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Return Policy:

You may return unopened and unused products within 10 days of purchase for a full refund. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at Yencosmetics23@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved, our delivery partner will pick up the product from the provided address.

Refunds:

Refunds will be processed within 4 business days after we receive your returned items. It will be credited to the original payment method within 15 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.

Exchanges:

If you wish to exchange a product, please get in touch with our customer service team at Yencosmetics23@gmail.com with your order number and details of the product you would like to exchange. Exchanges are subject to product availability. We will provide instructions on how to send the original item back to us and ship the new item once the exchange is processed. The exchanged or replaced product will be delivered within 6 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately at Yencosmetics23@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at no additional cost.
